Shake the bottle well before use.

  • To fill the dropper with the hemp oil, lightly press the soft part of the dropper and let it go. It will fill up to the middle, but that’s okay.
  • Using the dropper, put a drop of CBD oil under your tongue and hold it for 60-90 seconds before swallowing.
  • Sublingual administration of hemp oil is considered the most suitable, as the oral mucosa absorbs the CBD, allowing it to act faster.

Alternatively, CBD Oil can be applied to the skin, such as in the knee area, to relieve any mild discomfort.

  • Apply one drop using the dropper to the desired area and leave it for 15 minutes. During this time it will penetrate the skin and muscle tissue and enter your bloodstream.
