Retune.gr is an online store selling products via the Internet, of the company called “Happy Fields IKE“, based in Glifada.
The Website is addressed exclusively to Users over the age of eighteen (18). Access to and use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use. Merely accessing and using the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use. It is thus assumed that the User has carefully read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use, as well as compliance with Greek and European legislation.
The company Happy Fields IKE is not responsible for any errors in prices, features or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Prices of products sold

For certain regions of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under the reduced VAT..

Difference

  1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order.
  2. Happy Fields IKE responsibility: Happy Fields IKE is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it makes available to its customers. However, in the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return it with the option of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money.
  3. Fraudulent use of a customer’s credit card: Happy Fields IKE undertakes to cover your liability towards the Bank that has issued your credit cards (up to the amount resulting from the contract for the issuance of your credit card), in the event that it is used for purchases from retune.gr by an unauthorized person (fraudulent use of a credit card). This liability only covers cases where the unauthorized/fraudulent use of your credit card for purchases on retune.gr is not due to your own error or negligence. For this reason, you have an obligation as soon as you become aware of the loss of your credit card to inform the issuing Bank, so that it is canceled and its use by unauthorized persons is blocked. In the event of fraudulent use of your credit card, the funds charged to your Bank Account will be re-credited or returned to you.

Promotional messages: retune.gr provides its users with the possibility to choose their information about the new products available on the market and about any other offers, payment arrangements, etc. by sending advertising-informational messages to their electronic or postal address or by telephone. retune.gr will not misuse its above service. Users are always given the option to stop receiving advertising messages.
  5. Applicable Law: All transactions you carry out through retune.gr are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) that regulates issues related to sales by distance.
